Abstract:

This dataset gathers the results of an experimentation aiming at describing the plasticity of root architecture of rapeseed oil to nitrogen nutrition. Six traits of root system architecture and 9 traits related to plant growth were estimated for 8 genotypes of rapeseed on 40 day old plants. Experiments were conducted in greenhouse using two contrasting nitrogen nutrition.
