76 highly validated SNP markers for Juniperus thurifera developped from ddRAD-Seq data following Garcia et al., 2018, except the SNP detection which was performed using discoSnp++ (http://colibread.inria.fr/software/discosnp/). PCR primer sequences and single base extension primers for MassArray analysis are provided.
