This dataverse encloses data generated in the frame of the PREMIUM project (MSCA-RISE-777657), WP2 to: - To produce oligosaccharides (FOS and GOS) exhibiting different composition. - To develop multivariate based models enabling a quick characterisation of FOS and GOS directly from the vibrational spectra. - To develop methods allowing fast screening of the protective ability of FOS and GOS during freeze-drying of lactic acid bacteria - To perform LCA on the different systems for producing oligosaccharides - To select interesting candidates of oligosaccharides that will be used in WP3, 4 and 5
