Metabolome of tomato fruit pericarp of gbp1-c CRISPR mutant (INRA - Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique)
Metabolomic analyses of the tomato pericarp of gbp1-c CRISPR mutants during fruit growth. The mutants have disruption of the SlGBP1 gene encoding a guanylate-binding protein. Metabolomic analyses of the tomato fruit pericarp were performed on semi-polar extracts using proton-NMR and LC-MS.
