This file contains the genotypic means (Best Linear Unbiased Estimation, BLUEs), with one value per experiment (year) per genotype, for the flowering related traits in the platform. It contains two columns of identification of experiments and genotypes: «Experiment»: experiments ID described by the name of the platform (Phenoarch) followed by the year of the experiment. «Variety_ID»: genotype ID described in file «4-Info_Maize_variety» (other genotype IDs can be found in that file). It also contains three columns with the genotypic means for three traits: «anthesis»: male flowering (pollen shed), in thermal time cumulated since emergence (d20°C). «silking»: female flowering (silking emergence), in thermal time cumulated since emergence (d20°C). “total.number.of.leaves”: total number of leaves.
